not necessarily ..
implied rights are read recursively in separate queries.
but there might still be issues related to my fix for bug:

i am not totally sure if this takes all cases into consideration .. or 
more specifically which parts of the params array needs to be ignored 
inside this recursive reading .. need to think about it ..
