affectedRows, rolling back MDB2?

Hi, sorry if this has already been asked, but I'm having some problems 
using LiveUserAdmin, when creating a user.  I get this:

I've done some reading, and it seems LiveUser (I'm using 0.3.6 btw) uses 
MDB2's _affectedRows, which has apparently been removed in the last beta 
.  I have MDB2 2.0.0rc4 beta, and I was wondering if anyone knew how to 
force an install of an older pear package (I think I could just intall 
MDB2.0.0 stable) or if anyone had some other suggestion?
