[phpMyAdmin Developers] Setting up Webhook for error reporting server

Hi all, I am tring to set up the error reporting sever and I'm having trouble in Creating a webhook <https://developer.github.com/webhooks/creating/>, the guidelines state that I have to add the webhook in the the settings tab, which only admins can access. Can anyone help me with this. My server is running and this is the remaining step.
