IMPORTANT: New 2.6.2.tar.gz file uploaded

There was an erroneous character at the beginning of the
Smarty.class.php file (thanks to ChieftainY2k for pointing this out).

I have uploaded a new Smarty.2.6.2.tar.gz file, it should be on the web
site within 20 minutes. Otherwise, just edit libs/Smarty.class.php and
remove the character before "<?php"

Sorry if this has caused anyone problems.
