[MUHAMMED] : In my opinion, if say that we won't have such requests in the
future, then introducing border attribute is the best option.
But if we will (I am afraid we will), then we should imlement a new
xhtml_image (and any other tags with xhtml_tagname in the future).. Or maybe
writing a function which will convert passed content into XHTML....

What do you think?
