Re: docs freeze

Hello all,

I've commited a couple of files and we have now a beta release of the
half-new build system.
Firstly do a cvs update.

Then:
autoconf
./configure
make test - To test
make html - to make general html
make web - make files for web

You need JADE to run this system. read more at:
http://php.net/manual/howto/chapter-tools.html
Please note that the files were moved to the en/folder and have been renamed
to *.xml.

TODO:
 * make livedocs work with Smarty docs
 * improve Makefile to make automatically all files for the web
 * Bug fixing?
 * Improve dsl sheets for new docbook 4
 * .....?
