Hi again !

I commited all the work and fixed some builds failure for the various 
translations. Everything should be fine now, can someone try to 
./configure && make test && echo plop ?

Now, I'm going to start reworking the english files (adding, CDATA's, 
roles to examples, itemizedlist where needed, correct word spacing, 
fixing coding standards and so on)

Here's a first draft of livedocs running smarty, I know it's written PHP 
Manual but it's a livedocs problem ;)
