The issue of backticks and quotes, etc is often asked, particularly on irc http://smarty.php.net/manual/en/language.basic.syntax.php So can I make a suggestion which is to rename the page from "Embedding Vars in Double Quotes" to "Quotes and backticks" so the chapter of the book (anyone published a smarty pocket book yet?) would look like this Chapter 3. Basic Syntax Table of Contents ----------------- * Comments * Variables * Functions * Attributes * Quotes and backticks * Math * Escaping Smarty Parsing Also add some more examples The current example I've already split up into two ie "syntax examples" and "practical examples". The later need some $obj->examples etc. Some gotachas code would be nice to include so the issue can be nailed in the mind. What is everyones thought ideas, suggestions et all ?
