I think even object attribute reference won't work but your updated docs 
suggest they will. -- Actually, I didn't check that and am going from 
memory -- BUT, method reference does not work. IIR, the only things that 
do work are the things given in the examples of the existing doc page 
(again, I didn't test object attributes so I'll concede that if it is 
indeed supported).

So I applaud that. Maybe "Embedding Vars" can become a subchapter of the 
vars chapter to keep those two together and maybe get people to read them?
