Hi Gary, I see that you are running plesk webserver software. Is you templates directory in the httpdocs directory of the site. In newer version of plesk (7.5+) php can only access files in that directory(or any subdirectory). I hope this helps you find your problem. Here's what I have for the directory and the file: drwxr-xr-x 2 smithska root 4096 Jul 26 08:30 templates -rw-rw-r-- 1 smithska psacln 13 Jul 26 08:26 header.tpl Any other ideas?
