I suppose if you're paying only $4.99/mo. for hosting. You get what  
you pay for. Anyone who's only willing to pay $3-$5/mo. isn't going  
to get much in the way of services OR customer support.

Why anyone would do shared hosting when they can get a *dedicated*  
virtual server for the same price ($10/mo.) is beyond me:
