[SMARTY] Smarty and i18n

Hi all.

   I've done some research on possible solutions for multilingual
support with Smarty.  It seems to be a recurring discussion topic. 
Anyway, I've found in the archive of this mailing list something that
I think would satisfy my needs:

   It consists of 2 pairs of plugins, one that handles {lang} tags,
and another that handles {lang_options} tags.
   I've found quite easily the first pair on
http://smarty.php.net/contribs/plugins/, but now, I'm desperately
seeking for the second one, the one that handles the {lang_options}
tags.
   I've tried to contact both authors of the plugins, but I've got no
answer so far, and the research I've done lead to web sites that no
longer exist.

   So, if one of you on this mailing list happens to have a copy of
the compiler.lang_options.php and postfilter.lang_options.php plugins,
I'd be very happy you could share it with me.
