Standalone/distributable engine/wrapper to run PHP apps on various machines

Just wondering if, off-hand, there are any other, free engines/wrappers similar to something like microWeb out there:

As in it's sort of designed to let you then implement PHP/MySQL/Perl apps as sort of standalone software, etc. etc., without end users needing to have installed their own implementations of web servers, etc. as such.
