Hi,
As far as I know NTS version will always be faster than TS ones as handling the safety of thrreads require more treatments.
Now I can't explain this difference between 2012 and 2008. perhaps 2012 is highly optimized ;-)
Btw, on all bench i've made so far, IIS is always faster and more stable than apache on windows. (On heavy load tests I easily crash apache where IIS is fine)
