PHP Version 5.6.10

Is version 5.6.10 compatible with Apache 2.2.29?

It contains dll "php5apache2_4.dll" but not "php5apache2_2.dll" so 
perhaps it can't be run on apache 2.2.29!!

Just wondered if I can copy the old file into 5.6.10 to make it run.  
Any ideas about this?

I am talking about Windows version only and I have posted on php.windows NG.
