For those wanting to try PHP 7.4.0 beta 2, if you use Devserver on Windows you
can add the new PHP 7.4.0 beta 2 plugin
(https://warehouse.easyphp.org/inventory-devserver#php - no need to
login).
Test this version and report any issues (http://bugs.php.net/).
