Question about the missing php_opcache.dll in PHP 8.5.x releases on windows.php.net

Hi,

I've a question about the release of PHP 8.5.1 (and PHP 8.5.2) for windows
on windows.php.net, the zip-package doesn't include php_opcache.dll, is
this intentional?

The latest PHP 8.4 release does have this dll in the package.
