Please ensure that you have cleanly upgraded the PHP version.

If you are upgrading PHP 8.2, I would recommend upgrading to 8.2.31

Check that the following files are present after the upgrade in the PHP =
installation directory in camp.
For curl in PHP 8.2.31 check
libcrypto-3-x64.dll, libssl-3-x64.dll, libssh2.dll, nghttp2.dll, =
brotlidec.dll, brotlicommon.dll, and libzstd.dll

Also, replace these files in the apache bin directory i.e =
C:\xampp\apache\bin from the php installation directory If you are still =
getting the curl error.
