PHP newbie (need help to install xml-rpc)

Hi All,

I d/l and extracted the xmlrpc-1.0.99.2.tar.gz file on the linux box (I have RedHat 7.3 installed and I have configured it with a webserver, I believe Apache and PHP are automatically installed) I dont have clue how to install it. Please can someone guide me.
