Try again in IE, but first clean out the installer data directory (or delete 
and recreate it). The problem with 1.1.0dev1 is that once you ran into the 
redirect problem in Mozilla, you need to do a fresh install, i.e. with a 
clean installer data directory.

Also, if you are using PHP5, the ZIC has not been tested with it yet.
