Missing something

Good afternoon
Recently we changed printers on our network and can no longer print using
the a2ps command.  We used the same printer name and same IP address when
switching over to the new printer but to no avail we can not print using
the new printer.   Do you have any suggestions on what we may be missing?
We have checked drivers, reinstalled a2ps and checked configurations.  If
we reconnect the old printer the a2ps command WILL work.  Any information
you could send my way would be greatly appreciated.
