Bug#424159: Please try to use firefox for parsing HTML

At [1] it says a2ps can filter HTML through lynx or Netscape.  It
would be great if a2ps would try to use firefox before it tried those
other apps (since Firefox is installed on more PCs than Netscape, and
also handles more Cascading Style Sheets formatting options).
