clm3 - offline

please, I am trying do use gmake in clm3 (offline) code running jobscript.csh 
 and I got (after some modifications)
 gmake fail,
 cat: Srcfiles not such file or directory
 /makefile 700 : Depends: no such file or diretory

 - the files Depends, Srcfiles,Filepath,misc.h,prepoc.h were constructed 
 in the directory,
 ....../clm3/clm3run/obj
 -the files mkDepends, mkSrcfiles, jobscript.csh,  makefiles are in te 
 directory
 ........./clm3/bld/offline
