problems with a2ps win32

I installed today (which is 02/20-08) a2ps for windows from
http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/packages/a2ps.htm where I downloaded and
installed the setup program.

When I try to use it, it seems to work but it complains that it cannot find
file.exe: "file.exe is not recognized as…."

I then went back to your homepage and noticed the listed requirements at the
bottom. So I installed both file and libpaper.

Of course now it finds file.exe but it seems to be under the impression that
a2ps isn't using it correctly.

The output I get is given below. What can I do to get this to work?
