--highlight-level=heavy end cpp files

Multiple cpp files on a single text file converted to a single ps using 
--highlight-level=heavy result in ^ instead of && replaces the ! by the 
clasic logic notation of negation, <= by the usual sign in math (the = 
under the <) and so on.
