Submitting patches for TP (TranslationProject) translation updates?

Hi all,

(Putting my hat on: I am the zh_CN translation coordinator on TP
https://translationproject.org .)

I noticed that a2ps translation is registered on TranslationProject at
https://translationproject.org/domain/a2ps.html . However, the translation
templates there is still stuck in the old 4.14.93 as shown on the webpage.

I am wondering if you could update that webpage with current 4.15.3 PO/POT
files. If you need help, maybe you could directly contact site admin using
the email listed at https://translationproject.org/html/welcome.html .
