I think I misunderstood you here. I just used the gperf module, as I said,
but that only adds the relevant definition to the libgnu Makefile.am, so
GPERF is not set in liba2ps/Makefile. Which makes me wonder, what is the
gperf module for? Is it just for internal use by other gnulib modules?
