CUPS Driver for Windows 5.0rc1

This is the first release candidate for the new CUPS driver for
Windows. This release provides the following fixes and improvements:

	- Added job-hold-until and number-up option support.
	- Added cupsRotation comment so that page labels are placed
	  on the correct edges of the page.
	- Enabled the resolution and other "quality" options.
	- Increased the maximum size of translation strings to 80
           chars to conform with Adobe spec.

Please report all problems with this driver using the CUPS Software 
Trouble Report form at:

     http://www.cups.org/str.php

If no high priority STRs are reported before November 21st, this
will become the v5.0 driver release.
