[HIGH] STR #4054: Copy count for even pages N-Up printing yields zero

OS: Ubuntu 11.10
Driver: Generic PostScript Driver
In a nutshell: It looks like CUPS has a bug counting the number of even
pages that are yielded when printing in N-Up mode.

Steps
1. Set up any Generic PostScript printer that prints into a JOBFILE.
2. Open any PDF file with at least 4 pages using the OS's default PDF
viewer.
3. Print the PDF file with the following settings:
   - Pages per side: 9
   - Only print: Even sheets
4. Print the document.

Observed behavior: The line in the JOBFILE that says "%%Pages" yields
"%%Pages: 0"

Expected behavior: The line should read "%%Pages: 1"
