[MOD] STR #4058: cupsd can hang when sending ipp request from iPad

When sending an ipp request from an iPad, the entire cupsd daemon can hang
for about a minute.  Web page hangs as well as all lp* commands (lp,
lpstat, lpadmin, etc) page usually will print finally.  Does not always
occur, but once it starts, seems to continue indefeinetly (even after
cycling cupsd).  Have verified on 1.4.7 and 1.5.2 and done fresh CentOS
installs (both 5.7 and 5.8)  Log files and config attached.  Publishing
out mDNS record via mDNSResponder.
