[STR New]

When trying to print a PDF in landscape orientation from CLI with or
without "-o landscape" , the print is always in portrait mode.

Looks like there is a bug in file 'filter/pdftops.c'. The code related to
orientation gets executed only when option 'fitplot' or 'fit-to-page' is
used. So if option 'fitplot' or 'fit-to-page' is not used then in all
scenarios orientation will always be default orientation i.e portrait. The
check for 'fit' is not required when dealing with orientation.
