For Ubuntu Precise (12.04) I have packaged CUPS 1.5.2 with the "ipp"
backend being the SVN snapshot of 1.5.x from March 14, 2012 introducing
several bug fixes. Everything worked correctly on Ubuntu Oneiric (11.10)
with CUPS 1.5.0 and the IPP backend being from CUPS 1.4.x.

User gets "cups-ipp-missing-validate-job" IPP error message when printing
to a printer connected to a Livebox 2 router.
