[MOD] STR #4135: lpq does not show user name and job title whereas "lpstat -o" does

If there are jobs in the queue (disable printer for testing) the output
lines of lpq show "(null)" as user name and "untitled" as job title,
independent whether the job has a title or not and independent which user
submitted the job and which user invoked lpq.

"lpstat -o" works though. I shows the job owner and title correctly.

This also means that there is no problem in the scheduler as the scheduler
sends the needed information to clients on request.
