LP 2844 UPS Labelprinter uses wrong Page Ratio

Hey there, i have got a LP2844 UPS Label Printer and i can print if i set the page to 4x6", but the correct Page Setup would be 6x4". Switching the pagelayout to Landscape does not help cause cups thinks the page switched too and still uses the wrong ratio. SO i've tried to setup a new page but if i print on these settings i always get "newbusy="Dirty files", busy="Active clients and dirty files"

Someone ever had this problem?
