[HIGH] STR #4139: Custom option not working

[STR New]

OS: Ubuntu 12.04
Driver: Lexmark T650

[Steps to Reproduce]
1. Install the T650 driver.
2. Create a print queue in CUPS.
3. In terminal, type "lp -d <queue name> -o LexMirror=True <testfile>
Note: Had tried .pdf testfile
4. Observe the print output.

[Expected Behavior:]
The print output should be mirrored since it has been set in the command
line.

[Observed Behavior:]
Notice that the printed output is not mirrored.

Additional Note:
* Not reproducible when printing an image file (.jpg)
* Not reproducible in Ubuntu 11.10
* Issue is reproducible in .pdf file

[Workaround:]
Use the CUPS Mirror=True command and when using Mirror option in CUPS web

[Point]
It looks like the custom mirror option that the printer is designed to
work does not turn the option correctly.
