[STR New]

Environment: Ubuntu 12.04 64-bit with all software updates installed as of
this writing

Steps:
1. Install a Generic PS printer
2. Add the line "*DefaultOutputOrder: Reverse" in the installed PPD file.
Restart CUPS after doing so.
3. Print a multipage PDF through commandline.
4. Observe printout

Expected Behavior: since the default value of the output order is set to
be in Reverse, the output must be in reverse order.

Actual behavior: Output is not in reverse.

Additional Notes: Given this PPD, the Reverse option is not acknowledged
even if it is manually set in the application (e.g. the default app for
PDF viewing)
