cups 1.6.1-6, cups-filters 1.0.24-1 installed on ArchLinux (all packages
updated as of 2012-09-09).

99pdftoopvp.conf is installed under /etc/fonts/conf.d

Per the /etc/fonts/conf.d/README (and other documentation such as
https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Font_Configuration ) these files
should be installed under /etc/fonts/conf.avail and symlinked to
/etc/fonts/conf.d.

For consistency with other fontconfig conf files, this file should be
named 99-pdftoopvp.conf.
