One remark to make the fix of this bug easier: Due to several problems
which occured on the transition from CUPS 1.4.x to 1.5.x I Have added the
ipp14 backend to the CUPS packages of Ubuntu and Debian. It is not more
than the latest IPP backend of CUPS 1.4.x and it solves these problems.
