CUPS adds a strange whitespace if I read it from Java code

I am using a PDFReader (Java Code)to read a PDF text, if the PDF created by CutePDF or normal Adobe PDF (windows OS) everything works fine, but if the PDF created by CUPS PDF writer (Ubuntu) then a strange whitespace added to the text.

Do you have any answer for this?
