Apple fixed the issue with MacOS X 10.8 Mountain Lion by using the libcups
API.

For Lion and earlier OSX clients, I now apply the (attached)
cups-classes-ppd.patch to a cups-1.6.1 server.

The patch is similar to the existing code for /printers/ URIs that end in
".ppd".

Just including the patch for sites with legacy OSX clients that have users
that don't want to upgrade.
