[CRIT] STR #4265: For last 2 weeks, HP 4050N jobs held in printer queue "Not connected?"

Ubuntu 12.04 64 bits, HP 4050 N printer. Has worked for more than a year on
both Windows and Linux. About 2 weeks ago, doesn't work anymore on Ubuntu:
print jobs get to the printer queue but are held there with status "Not
connected?" Connection is via Ethernet twisted pair RJ-45, Ubuntu->Zonet
switch->HP 4050N, same as always.


Another printer, which has been there all along, Epson Stylus Photo R1800,
connected by USB cable, still works.

Doesn't matter which one is the default printer.
