[MOD] STR #4275: ipptool says Duplicate attrs, but does not output attr values

On Ubuntu 12.04 I ran

  ipptool ipp://localhost/ ./cups-1.5.3/test/get-completed-jobs.test

and was told

  Duplicate "job-originating-user-name" attribute in job-attributes-tag
group
  Duplicate "job-id" attribute in job-attributes-tag group
  Duplicate "job-state" attribute in job-attributes-tag group
  Duplicate "job-media-sheets-completed" attribute in job-attributes-tag
group

for each job, however there is no other output. I have

  <Policy default>
    JobPrivateValues none
    <Limit Get-Jobs Get-Job-Attributes>
      Order deny,allow
    </Limit>
    ...
  </Policy>

in localhost's cupsd.conf.
