Alexander, the updated localization will be included in CUPS 1.6.2,
including the locale and web interface files (doc/ru, templates/ru).

The checkpo utility did not find any problems with the locale file, and
aside from tweaking the copyright date I did not notice any obvious issues
with the web interface localization.
