Color management is always present, as currently there are NO systems that offer a true Device-N color profiling path, so there are always some color transforms (from "device" grayscale, RGB, or CMYK) involved to get to Device-N. The correct way is to tag the content as using device color (use a profile listed in the PPD file for the given selectors) so that an "identity" color transform (== "no color management") is used, for that job only. _________________________________________________________ Michael Sweet, Senior Printing System Engineer
