[cups-devel] Kyocera printer and cups

Hello developer team,

we have some problems printing with Kyocera Printers ( Ecosys FS-4200DN, Ecosys FS-4300DN).
If paper bin goes empty cups still sending jobs to the printer which will not be printed. This behavior happens with different cups versions.

We are generating about 1300 print jobs at one time. If the paper bin is empty we lost some prints.

Do you know this problem and have you a solution for it?
