[cups] Can cups-browsed install IPP-everywhere printers from server?

I have a CUPS-server with a bunch of ipp-everywhere printqueues (all are
authenticated with kerberos).
I guess normally Bonjour/Avahi would be used to install them, but our
networking group tells me that this is not so easy to implement in our
network.

I can install them on a Linux-client like this:
lpadmin -D fooprinter -p fooprinter -v
ipp://fooserver.chalmers.se:631/printers/fooprinter -m everywhere -o
printer-error-policy=retry-job -o auth-info-required=negotiate -E

I did a shell script that installs all printers on a client.

But maybe cups-browsed could do this? I tried, queues were generated but not
useable.

AuthInfoRequired negotiate is necessary in printers.conf and I could
not figure out how to make cups-browsed add that. I think I tried
DefaultOptions in cups-browsed.conf but that didn't work. Also the queues
created used
the implicitclass:// backend, I'm not sure if that will work...?

Has anyone tried this?
