[cups] cups webpage joblist without jobname and user?

Hi, i'm new on this list, so sorry for maybe foolish question on false place... I changed my suse linux to leap 15.1 running cups 2.2.7. Using the cups web page (localhost:631), the job list doesn't contain job name and job creating user any more. Looking into the correspondenting /va/var/spool/cups/cXXXXX file i see job name and users name. So it's not the printing call i assume. I'm member of the group "lp" which former was enough th see job information. I see there is a "Get-Job-Attributes"-directive in cupsd.conf but i'm unsure where to put it. Tried <Policy allowallforanybody> but this doesn't change anything. I allowed nearly everything but printing from the internet in the administration section of cups web page with no result.
