[cups] client.conf and adding printers

Hi

I have a user with .cups/client.conf for the workplace, but he also wants
to add a home printer when on his home network (via the gnome settings
interface, or any other way if possible).  This is on Debian 11.

Currently he is moving the client.conf file out the way or back every time
he moves between networks.
