Upgraded to Bookworm on Raspberry Pi at first I thought things had changed and was able to print one page ONCE Suffice to say it seems to me that Android Printing is broken on CUPS for whatever reason. I had the generic Android printer driver working now it has just stopped working and will not detect printer at manually entered IP just like CUPS Android client. I think its all a clusterfrack, something is wrong or missing and no way to know what the problem is.
