[cups] could not find my local (network) printer

Hi, cups:

My printer (brother-HL-1118, usb) is directly connected to my local
server (192.168.x.x) and is shared. One of my laptop (Debian GNU) can
find and print with this printer via CUPS.

I have another laptop in the same network, and it is gentoo with CUPS
(the cupsd.conf is attached). This laptop could not detect my printer
above. If I directly connect the printer with this laptop, it is ok.

What should I check with this problem?
